Zimmatik designs, certifies, manufactures and supports a professional hotel-automation line from Mallorca, Spain. We are a manufacturer with a channel — we do not compete with integrators.

01 — Purpose

Our purpose is not to ship a product fast, it is to build industry: a manufacturer with catalog, documentation, warranties, structured support, traceability and long-term compatibility. Aligned with an installer/integrator channel model and open standards. Every decision is optimised for the integrator and the hotel operator, not for short-term margins.

02 — Origin

Zimmatik is built on a real industrial foundation: Ibercomp S.A. contributes decades of know-how and industrial capability — electronic design, prototyping, PCB manufacturing and production processes — including equipment for hospitality and connected systems (Modbus/BACnet) with in-house workshop production. This end-to-end vertical integration is our structural advantage: we do R&D+i, we design our own PCBs, we manufacture them, we write the firmware, we run the cloud and we develop the AI-driven control algorithms. No third-party hardware, no vendor lock-in.

03 — What we stand for

Our operating principles come directly from the industrial plan 2026–2031.

Manufacturer with a channel

We sell equipment and support the integrator. We do not sell direct to hotels. We do not interfere with the partner margin. Absolute respect for the channel.

Replicable product

Standardisation, certification, documentation and processes. Not a "one-off engineering service" model that cannot scale.

Open standards

KNX TP, KNX Tunneling, BACnet/IP, DALI, Modbus RTU, Ethernet. No proprietary lock-in. Integrators can maintain what we ship.

Long-term compatibility

Commitment to availability, backward compatibility and structured RMA — the same standard hotel chains expect from first-tier KNX manufacturers.

04 — Roadmap

A realistic horizon with measurable technical and commercial milestones.

  1. 2026

    Development + prototypes

    ZM-1 final architecture, EVT prototypes, software base (drivers, RTOS, buses), KNX toolchain definition and start of SaaS minimum viable.

  2. 2027

    Certification + pilots

    DVT + EMC/safety pre-tests, pilots in Mallorca and mainland Spain, ETS/firmware adjustments, KNX certification and controlled channel launch.

  3. 2028

    Consolidation + EU expansion

    Partner consolidation in Spain, first SaaS contracts, first EU expansion and multi-language web/catalog.

  4. 2029–2031

    Catalog + international

    Catalog expansion, SaaS maturity (multi-hotel/multi-installer), process quality (ISO) and partner-led international expansion based on real traction.

05 — Based in Mallorca

Our headquarters are in Palma de Mallorca (Balearic Islands, Spain). Strategically located in the heart of one of Europe's most demanding hospitality markets, we have direct access to the real-world operational knowledge that drives our product decisions. The Balearic Islands ecosystem gives us the density of hotel clients and integration partners required to validate every feature with real hotels in operation.
